    Abstract: A method for making a funeral arrangement is provided. The method includes the steps of developing a plurality of funeral arrangement options from a plurality of funeral service providers, and transmitting information relating to the plurality of funeral arrangement options to a remote computer. The method further includes the steps of allowing a user at the remote computer to select a subset of the plurality of funeral arrangement options, matching the selected subset to the plurality of funeral arrangement options, and transmitting the selected subset to the funeral service provider from which the selected subset was collected. A corresponding system is also provided.
