  • Patent number: 11657225
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a tuned summary using a word generation model. An example method includes receiving, at a decoder of the word generation model, a training data learned subspace representation of training data. The method also includes identifying tunable linguistic characteristics of the word generation model and training the decoder to output a training tuned summary of the training data learned subspace representation based on at least one of the tunable linguistic characteristics. The method further includes receiving an input text and a target characteristic token, and generating, by the trained decoder of the word generation model, each word of a tuned summary of the input text from a learned subspace representation and from feedback about preceding words of the tuned summary, wherein the tuned summary is tuned to target characteristics represented by the target characteristic token.

  • Publication number: 20220019588
Abstract: Automated methods and systems for generating Grok expressions for extraction of metric data from any type of log message are described. Method and systems include construction of a directed graph from Grok patterns. A sample log message is selected from log messages that record metrics values of a desired metric. The directed graph is used to construct a Grok expression from the sample log message. The Grok expression is then used to parse log messages that are of the same type or format as the sample log message to extract the desired metric data from the log messages. The metric may in turn be used to troubleshoot problems anchor identifying potential root causes of problems in a data center or other type of distributed computing system.

  • Publication number: 20210312129
Abstract: Certain embodiments involve tuning summaries of input text to a target characteristic using a word generation model. For example, a method for generating a tuned summary using a word generation model includes generating a learned subspace representation of input text and a target characteristic token associated with the input text by applying an encoder to the input text and the target characteristic token. The method also includes generating, by a decoder, each word of a tuned summary of the input text from the learned subspace representation and from a feedback about preceding words of the tuned summary. The tuned summary is tuned to target characteristics represented by the target characteristic token.

  • Patent number: 8039038
Abstract: This invention provides a process for the preparation of protein mediated calcium hydroxyapatite (HAp) coating on metal substrates particularly on stainless steel (316 L) by biomimetic route, capable of rapid and effective osteointegration with the host tissue following controlled interfacial reactions. For the purpose, calcium deficient, carbonated hydroxyapatite (HAp) coating was developed on metal substrates particularly on stainless steel (316L) alloy through biomimetic route after a surface treatment step using aqueous solution (4-10 wt %) of BSA at room temperature. The coating was characterized with respect to phase composition, crystallinity, morphology and thickness. The protein mediated calcium phosphate ceramic coating is porous (pore dia—100-200 ?m) having uniform pore distribution and coverage. There is multifold enhancement in thickness and crystallinity (data provided) of the as-prepared coating.
