  • Publication number: 20090005492
Abstract: An excellent surface finishing material for indoor and outdoor facilities which ensures a given usable operating time and suppressed adhesion of the surface after curing is produced by reacting an A-side composed mainly of a urethane prepolymer having terminal isocyanate groups and a B-side composed mainly of a polyol containing a crosslinker and a filler. The prepolymer is the reaction product of a polyisocyanate composed of at least 50% by weight 2,4?-MI with a polyol. The filler contains an acid filler having a pH of less than 7.

  • Publication number: 20070287785
Abstract: A polyurethane resin useful for the production of a heat-insulating sash with a coated aluminum frame in which displacement (void caused by peeling) caused by shrinkage and expansion due to hot-cold cycles does not occur so that rain water can not enter the heat-insulating sash. The linear expansion ratio of the polyurethane resin is decreased by including wollastonite in the polyurethane-forming resin.

  • Patent number: 5786400
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of producing a rigid polyurethane foam in which a polyisocyanate containing a benzene ring is used as an organic isocyanate and a polyether polyol and/or polyester polyol is used as a polyol, characterized in that a hydrocarbon is used as the blowing agent and a compound having a hydrophobic group and a hydroxyl group in the molecule is used as an emulsifying agent. The blowing agent is preferably a hydrocarbon selected from the group consisting of cyclopentane, n-pentane and iso-pentane.
