  • Patent number: 8966794
Abstract: A tray unit having a tray that is open at the top and a card holder mounted to the outer peripheral face of the tray. The tray has a bottom face, an outer peripheral wall that rises upward from the outer peripheral part of the bottom face, and a flange extending from the upper face side of the outer peripheral wall in the outer peripheral direction. The card holder has a card insertion portion along the outer peripheral wall of the tray and to the outside of the outer peripheral wall, and to which a card is removably inserted, and a guide portion that is provided at the upper part of the card insertion portion and has formed thereon a sloped face that increases in height from the outer peripheral wall of the tray in the outer peripheral direction of the tray.

  • Publication number: 20140124406
Abstract: This tray comprises a container-shaped main body (1) having a bottom face (2) and an outer peripheral face (3) that rises upward from the outer peripheral part of the bottom face (2), and one or more dividers (5) that divide the internal space of the main body (1) into a plurality of spaces. Guide grooves (6) are provided on the inside of the outer peripheral face (3) of the main body (1), for guiding the descending movement of the dividers. Rib portions (7) that rise from the bottom edge of the guide grooves (6) to the middle part are provided in the center of the guide grooves (6). Mating grooves (8) that mate with the rib portions (7) are provided from below to above to at least one end of the dividers (5).

  • Patent number: 4524280
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for detecting a relative positional relation between the coordinate systems of a semiconductor device such as an IC memory and a laser system for cutting a desired wiring pattern. The detecting method according to this invention comprises the steps of scanning a cross-shaped diffusion layer formed on a silicon wafer with a laser beam in a square shape, detecting a change in a current generated when the laser beam crosses the diffusion layer, defining two points at which the current abruptly increases in the X- and Y-axes of the coordinate system of the wafer, respectively, and calculating a reference point (origin) of the coordinate system of the silicon wafer by calculating an intersection of virtual diagonals of a virtual square the four corners of which correspond to the four points in the X- and Y-axes.
