    Abstract: A launch control apparatus stores identification information indicating the launch control apparatus and progress information indicating a progress status of a database launch process including a plurality of processes that are to be executed in a predetermined order in the launch control apparatus, in a predetermined storage region of a memory device, in response to execution of each of the processes, when executing the database launch process using the memory device. The launch control apparatus determines whether or not to continue the launch process, on the basis of statuses of the stored identification information and progress information, with reference to the predetermined storage region, in response to completion of each of the processes.
