  • Patent number: 7034867
Abstract: A digital camera includes an LCH conversion circuit. The LCH conversion circuit detects an L component value, a C component value and an H component value from each of pixel signals forming an image signal of an object being photographed. A plurality of reference L component values, reference C component values and reference H component values are held on a reference value table. A plurality of target L component values, target C component values and target H component values are held on a target value table. An L control circuit, a C control circuit and an H control circuit correct the L component value, the C component value and the H component value of each pixel based upon the reference value table and the target value table. A plurality of target values held on the target value table is arbitrarily controlled by a key operation or the like by an operator.

  • Publication number: 20030117504
Abstract: A digital camera includes an image sensor. Image data of an object photographed by the image sensor is subjected to a color adjustment on the basis of color adjustment values set to a signal processing circuit. If a shutter button is operated, an image file including the image data and the color adjustment values set to the signal processing circuit is recorded into a memory card. When the memory card is attached to a PC, and a color reproduction characteristic of the image data included in the image file is adjusted by the PC, the color adjustment values are, in company therewith, also changed. When the memory card is returned to the digital camera, a change in the color adjustment values is detected by a CPU, and the color adjustment values set to the signal processing circuit is overwritten by the color adjustment values included in the image file.

  • Publication number: 20020196483
Abstract: A digital camera includes a CCD imager. When a display-use UYV signal is generated on the basis of an RGB signal of an object image photographed by the CCD imager, a CPU detects a color saturation degree of the RGB signal and reduces dynamic range of a U signal and a V signal on the basis of the detected color saturation degree. Thus, a color on the basis of the U signal and the V signal is aboundingly included within a color reproducing range of a monitor.

  • Publication number: 20020191084
Abstract: A digital camera includes a CCD imager. Image data of an object photographed by the CCD imager is subjected to a color adjustment based on a plurality of first color adjustment values which correspond to a plurality of representative colors and a plurality of second color adjustment values which correspond to a plurality of non-representative colors. If a desired representative color is selected and a dial key is operated, the first color adjustment value of the desired representative color, that is, a desired first color adjustment value is changed.

  • Publication number: 20020167598
Abstract: A digital camera includes a reference value table and a setting change-use table. The reference value table holds a plurality of reference values which respectively corresponds to a plurality of representative colors, and the setting change-use table holds a plurality of target values which respectively corresponds to a plurality of representative colors. Image data of a photographed object is applied to a signal processing circuit, and subjected to a color adjustment based on the reference value held by the reference value table and the target value held by the setting change-use table. An image based on the image data to which the color adjustment is subjected is displayed on a monitor in real-time. When a dial key is operated, the target value of a desired representative color held on the setting change-use table is changed. Therefore, a color tone of a real-time image displayed on the monitor also changes in response to an operation of the dial key.

  • Patent number: 6126346
Abstract: A number-of-pulses correction value corresponding to non-uniformity in conveyance appearing during one circulation of a conveying roller is held in a number-of-pulses correction value storing section 32. A control section 33 produces the target number of pulses (a real number) in the printing position at the destination of one line feed on the basis of the number-of-pulses correction value, and the target number of pulses (a real number) in the printing position at the destination of the line feed is changed into an integer, and the pulses whose number is an integer are fed to a pulse motor 11, to control the amount of rotation of the pulse motor 11. Further, the control section 33 corrects the target number of pulses in the printing position at the current time point in correspondence to the fact that the pulses whose number is not a real number but an integer are fed to the motor. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of non-uniformity in a pitch between lines.

  • Patent number: 5523825
Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a photoreceptor, and a developing unit arranged in the vicinity of the photoreceptor. At an upstream side from the developing unit, a precharger is provided in a manner that the same is brought into contact with a surface of the photoreceptor. A developing bias voltage is applied to a developing sleeve, and a charging voltage is applied to the precharger. After the photoreceptor is charged by the precharger, the surface of the photoreceptor is brought into contact with a magnetic brush formed by a developing agent in which an insulative toner and a semiconductive magnetic carrier is mixed, whereby the photoreceptor is charged again by the developing bias voltage through the semiconductive magnetic carrier.
