Abstract: A vehicle includes an electric power source, a load configured to be supplied electric power from the electric power source, a relay provided between the electric power source and the load, and a processor. The processor is configured to control the relay to a conductive state based on a predetermined drive instruction. The processor is configured to acquire a value of current flowing through the relay and a value of voltage applied to the relay after a predetermined amount of time elapses following conduction of the relay based on the drive instruction. The processor is configured to transmit the value of the current and the value of the voltage that are acquired to an external of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 9907141
Abstract: A luminance control device and a luminance control method for controlling luminance of a light emitting member are provided in order to reduce the amount of information to be stored while preventing the user from feeling uncomfortable. The CPU divides by the interpolation division number a value obtained subtracting the reference duty ratio from the reference duty ratio so as to calculate an interpolation variation width, and integrates the interpolation variation width to the reference duty ratio every time the interpolation period elapses, and the variation width in the luminance of the LED is therefore reduced, preventing users to feel uncomfortable, which allows for suppressing the amount of information to be stored.

  • Patent number: 8547676
Abstract: Provided are an overcurrent protection device and an overcurrent protection system which can provide time differences among the timings for executing the retry operations among a plurality of overcurrent protection devices connected to a common power supply. When a battery voltage (VBA) becomes a value equal to or lower than a threshold voltage after an FET (Q1) of an IC circuit (51-1) is turned on, all FETs (Q1) of the respective IC circuits are turned off, and a time until the battery voltage (VBA) reduces to a value lower than a threshold voltage after the turning-on of the FET (Q1) is clocked. When the time is smaller than 400 ?sec, the count value N is incremented. Further, turning-on of the FETs (Q1) is repeated after the lapse of the standby time (Tp) set randomly. When the count value N reaches 7, the FET (Q1) of the IC circuit 51-1 is held in the turned-off state.

  • Publication number: 20060082448
Abstract: This invention provides a theft prevention method and device for a vehicle in which before a battery voltage falls to the extent that releasing of a theft prevention system is impossible, the battery voltage is read and a warning is issued of a drop in the battery voltage so that a user is allowed to take measures such as replacement or charging of the battery and the system can be released without trouble for the start of the engine at the time of driving. A theft prevention method for a vehicle, allowing that a main switch 5 connected to a battery 6 is turned on to actuate theft prevention means 8, 9, 10 and operation of the theft prevention means is stopped through releasing operation, wherein a battery voltage is read immediately after the main switch 5 is turned on, it is determined whether or not the battery voltage is no larger than a given value after the releasing operation, and a warning is issued if the battery voltage is no larger than the given value.

  • Publication number: 20040044104
Abstract: A low-cost, low-noise pavement is realized by a waste-rubber-containing elastic pavement material which includes waste rubber resulting from waste spent-tires and the like, a binder and an aggregate while a pavement after application has a coefficient of restitution to a golf ball of 20 to 60. An urethane-based or epoxy-based curable resin is suitable for use as the binder. Preferably, the contents of the waste rubber and the binder are 30% to 70% by volume and 10% to 30% by volume respectively.

  • Publication number: 20040030053
Abstract: The present invention provides a process for producing surface-modified rubber that is useful as a recycled material having characteristics inherent in vulcanized rubber, wherein the surface-modified rubber is obtained in such a manner that waste vulcanized rubber resulting from scrap tires and so on is dipped in a silane-coupling agent diluted with a solvent to improve the adhesiveness of the rubber surface. Such a silane-coupling agent preferably has a mercapto group or an S—S bond and is used in such a manner that the agent is diluted so as to have a content of 0.5 to 5%. Furthermore, the present invention provides a process for producing surface-modified rubber, obtained by modifying the surface of vulcanized rubber by corona discharge treatment or the like, having a contact angle of 80 degrees or less. In this process, it is preferable that the vulcanized rubber is further treated with a silane-coupling agent.
