  • Patent number: 7908917
Abstract: The present invention is a driving control method of a tire testing machine provided with a controller for giving a rotation command to a tire driving electric motor so that a slippage ratio of a tire with respect to movement of a simulated road surface is a preliminarily fixed value, and changing rotation speed of the tire, the method comprising: estimating longitudinal force imposed on the tire in accordance with the slippage ratio of the tire in a case where the rotation command is given; determining a torque limitation value for the tire driving electric motor based on an estimated longitudinal force estimate value; and applying the torque limitation value to torque limitation of the tire driving electric motor when the rotation command is given so as to change the rotation speed of the tire. With such a configuration, in a case where a tire test is performed while changing the slippage ratio, it is possible to perform the test without imposing excessive overloads on the tire driving electric motor.

  • Patent number: 7136390
Abstract: A bridge is devised to easily divide a spanning tree domain and to divide only a spanning tree domain while avoiding division of a broadcast domain. A spanning tree domain of a bridged LAN is divided in such a manner that a plurality of bridge protocol entities are provided in the bridge for connection between spanning trees, and ports of the bridge are assigned to the bridge protocol entities in a one-to-one relationship to enable the ports to participate respectively in different spanning trees. Spanning tree division is thus facilitated.

  • Publication number: 20020067746
Abstract: An apparatus for transmitting a multi-frame in multiplex transmission, includes (a) a first interface through which a plurality of data traffics is input and output, (b) a second interface through which a SONET/SDH frame is received from a SONET/SDH network and through which a SONET/SDH frame produced by multiplexing the data traffics is output to the SONET/SDH network, (c) a mapper which receives the data traffics through the first interface, maps each of the data traffics, in a multi-frame including SONET/SDH frames by the number equal to or greater than the number of the data traffics, to each of the SONET/SDH frames, and transmits the SONET/SDH frames to the second interface, and (d) a demapper which receives a multi-frame which the second interface receives through the SONET/SDH network, extracts each of the data traffics out of each of SONET/SDH frames constituting the multi-frame, and transmits the thus extracted SONET/SDH frames to the first interface.
