Abstract: A three-dimensional display device includes a display, a barrier, and a controller. The display displays a parallax image including a right-eye viewing image and a left-eye viewing image. The barrier defines a traveling direction of image light of the parallax image. The controller causes a black image to appear between the right-eye viewing image and the left-eye viewing image based on a parallax value of the parallax image.

Abstract: A risk of breakage of a sample holder can be reduced and a biochemical sample or a liquid sample can be observed easily and with a high observation throughput. A sample holder 101 holding a sample includes: a sample chamber including a first insulating thin film 110 and a second insulating thin film 111 that sandwich and hold the sample 200 in a liquid or gel form and face each other, a vacuum partition wall inside which the sample chamber holding the sample is fixed in a state in which the thin film is exposed to a surrounding atmosphere, and whose internal space is kept at a degree of vacuum at least lower than that of the sample room at the time of observation of the sample, a detection electrode 820 disposed to face the second insulating thin film in a state in which the sample chamber is fixed to the vacuum partition wall, and a signal detection unit 50 connected to the detection electrode.

Abstract: A semiconductor wafer tester personality board having groups of contact pads on an upper subboard providing contact points for a test head input/output spring pins and a lower, underlying subboard is provided. Each pad group includes a force pad, a sense pad and a guard pad and is partially enclosed by a guard pattern of an electrically conductive material which is electrically connected to the guard pad. The pad groups are further separated by slits formed in the upper subboard separating adjacent groups. Within the groups, the force pad is electrically separated from the sense pad allowing separate lead wires to the semiconductor wafer under test.

Abstract: The intermediate portion of an outer webbing is secured to the forward end of an inner webbing through a holder, and opposite ends of the outer webbing are secured to a door, whereby the webbings are automatically fastened to or unfastened from an occupant in accordance with the closing or opening action of the door.A lock bar provided in the holder functions such that, during normal running condition of a vehicle, the outer webbing and the holder are made movable relative to each other to bring any one of the occupants, having various physical builds into a proper webbing fastened condition, while, in an emergency of the vehicle, the lock bar subjected to a tension in the webbing clampingly holds the webbing between the outer webbing contact portion and itself, thereby securing the occupant in a reliably restrained condition.

Abstract: A webbing driving guide, used in a seatbelt system wherein one end of an occupant restraining webbing is secured to a door of a vehicle, has a roller for moving the intermediate portion of the webbing forward in the vehicle along the door while the door is opened. The roller is connected to driving means provided in the door by way of an arm and a bracket. The bracket is supported by the driving device in such a manner that the bracket is disposed at a position being a distance of 1/5 to 2/5 the effective webbing supporting length apart from one end of the roller and the bracket is secured to the driving means through a mounting bolt being twisted at a predetermined angle with the axis of the roller. Hence, the outer webbing does not move greatly in the widthwise direction thereof when the outer webbing moves in the longitudinal direction thereof in a condition of being wound on the roller.
