  • Patent number: 7056961
Abstract: An adhesive composition for a denture base relining material which comprises an organic solvent containing no halogen atoms such as ethyl acetate, ethyl formate or acetone, a polymer such as a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate, and a radical polymerizable monomer such as tetramethylolmethane tetramethacrylate; and a curable composition which comprises a radical polymerizable monomer, an organic peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide, a tertiary amine compound such as diethyl-p-toluidine or dipropyl-p-toluidine, and a hydroxycarboxylic acid such as malic acid or citric acid. The adhesive composition for a denture base relining material does not contain a halogen-atom-containing organic solvent whose harmful effect has been pointed out. Further, the composition has satisfactory adhesive properties and good operability and causes no degradation in the appearance of a denture base even if it sticks to an area on the surface of the denture base other than a contact area.

  • Patent number: 6328382
Abstract: A reclining seat has a seat cushion and a seat back pivotally mounted on the seat cushion. A locking structure for the reclining seat include first and second brackets fixed to the seat cushion and the seat back, respectively. The locking structure also includes two arcuated guide members formed on the first bracket and an internally-toothed gear formed on the second bracket. The two guide members are received in a recess formed inside the internally-toothed gear, and two lock gears and a cam for moving them in opposite directions are interposed between the two guide members. Each lock gear has a pawl engageable with the internally-toothed gear. Each guide member has a guide recess defined therein and positioned away from the cam, and the associated lock gear is slidably received in the guide recess.

  • Patent number: 5552990
Abstract: A correct vehicle position is detected even when the road data to be used in the map match computation includes errors of partial shape. When the matching computing operation of a running locus and the road data obtained from the outputs of a bearing sensor and a distance sensor and a non-match region has been effected by the map match computing means, the non-matching region of the road data and the running locus is detected. The positional error detection caused by errors of the road data is effected by prohibiting map integration.

  • Patent number: 5287297
Abstract: The direction of a terrestrial magnetism is detected by a terrestrial magnetism sensor mounted on a vehicle, and an output circle is generated on an X-Y coordinate by turning the vehicle on the ground, when the vehicle passes through a foreign magnetic fields the direction of the foreign magnetic field is detected by the terrestrial magnetism sensor, and the course thereof is determined on the basis of former output circle before passing through the foreign magnetic field and the output of an angular velocity sensor of the vehicle after passing it, then a new center of the output circle is determined by evaluating an intersection of the line representing the foreign magnetic field and the line representing the course of the vehicle on the X-Y coordinate.

  • Patent number: 5276626
Abstract: The direction finding apparatus provided in the vehicle (10) computes average data and variance data from output data of the terrestrial magnetism sensor (1) in straight moving, and determines reliability of the detected output data of the terrestrial magnetism sensor (1). The error due to the magnetization of the vehicle (10) is corrected by computing the examined data on each of plural center candidates and selecting a center candidate as a new center coordinate of the present output circle of the terrestrial magnetism. Then, the magnetization of the vehicle (10) is inferred from the new center coordinate, thereby to infer a precise terrestrial magnetism direction.
