Abstract: A speech recognition device includes a speech input section that inputs speech of a continuously uttered phrase set, a first identifying section that identifies a prestored word included in the phrase set, and a second identifying section that identifies an additionally stored word included in the phrase set based on pattern data of feature value sequences of the additionally stored words and feature values of the input speech. The first identifying section includes a cut-out section and a recognition processing section. The cut-out section extracts a prestored word candidate by making comparison between template feature value sequences of the prestored words and a feature value sequence of the speech in a target segment, and cuts out a speech segment where the extracted prestored word is present. The recognition processing section identifies the prestored word based on the feature values in the speech segment cut out by the cut-out section through a recognition process.

Abstract: An application transfer system transfers an application between terminals A, B each operated on a predetermined OS. When the terminal B receives from the terminal A a request to transfer an application (S22), the terminal B checks an OS for the application, and executes the application after making an adjustment so that the OS of the terminal B becomes the same as that for the application (S24). As a result, an application transfer system and an application transfer method can be provided which can transfer an application between any devices.

Abstract: A speech characteristic-amount calculation circuit 31 calculates an amount of speech characteristics of each phrase in input speech. An estimation process likelihood calculation circuit 33 compares the calculated speech characteristic amount of a phrase with speech pattern sequence information of a plurality of phrases stored in a storage unit 34 to select a plurality of candidates having from a higher likelihood value to a lower likelihood value for the phrases. A recognition filtering device 4 determines whether to reject or not reject the extracted candidates based on the likelihood difference ratio between the difference in likelihood values between the first candidate and the second candidate and the difference in likelihood values between the second candidate and the third candidate.
