  • Publication number: 20060013921
Abstract: A calcium phosphate base particulate compound is provided which satisfies (a) 20?Sw?300 (BET specific surface area (m2/g); (b) 1?Tg?150 (heat loss (mg/g) per 1 g of calcium phosphate from 250 to 500° C.); (c) 0.005?Dx50?0.5 (cumulative 50% average diameter (?m) counted from larger particle side based on the observation by TEM); and (d) 1.5?Dx50/?x?20 (?x: standard deviation {In(Dx16/Dx50)}) The calcium phosphate base particulate compound of the present invention is excellent not only in particulate evenness and dispersibility but in thermal stability, and gives a resin composition excellent in anti-blocking property, a resin composition excellent in printing suitability, and a food composition such as good taste calcium-enriched milk with less precipitation.

  • Patent number: 6482881
Abstract: Disclosed is an inorganic dispersant having a high specific surface area and a high surface activity which comprises a calcium phosphate type compound having a specific particle composition, particle shape, particle size and dispersibility, and specific surface area. When used as a suspension polymerization stabilizer, it provides polymer particles having a uniform and sharp particle size distribution, and when the polymer particles are contained in an unsaturated polyester resin composition and a toner composition, the obtained compositions have excellent quality.

  • Patent number: 5976687
Abstract: An additive for synthetic resins is provided. The additive comprises particles surface-coated with a petaloid porous hydroxyapatite having a chemical formula Ca.sub.5 (PO.sub.4).sub.3 (OH) and the petaloid porous hydroxyapatite is not less than 5% by weight of the particles. The additive can be added to any kinds of synthetic resins. If the additive is used in a polyethylene film, blocking of the film is not only prevented, but good transparency and good anti-scratch ability are imparted, and if the additive is used in a polyester, a film having good slipperiness, anti-abrasion and less coarse protrusions can be provided.

  • Patent number: 5018096
Abstract: A check memory stores the data to limit a range of terminal devices usable by operators and a range of items accessible by operators, such as files, data and application programs. When an operator operates a computer system, he enters his personal identification data to the computer system by a termainal device. A checker contained in the computer system checks if the operator specified by the entered personal identification data is authorized to use the terminal device, and if he is authorized to access the entered file. The check is performed based on the contents of the check memory. When he is authorized, the executed of the job is permitted. When he is not authorized, the execution of the job is prohibited. A personal data memory stores the data of his personnel administration and the data of his section in a company. When the section to which an operator has belonged is changed to another section, the personal data in the personal data memory is changed.

  • Patent number: 4995112
Abstract: In a distributed processing system having a plurality of nodes, a correspondence table, which represents a correspondence between the nodes and corresponding passwords that grant access to the nodes, stored in a disk device. Each of the nodes includes a passthrough device which permits passthrough of access request data to a node of the next hierarchical level. Upon receipt of access request data, the passthrough device refers to the correspondence table to check a password contained in the received access request data for validity of access to the node. When the password is valid, the passthrough of the access request data is permitted.
