  • Patent number: 9366139
Abstract: A repair method of a plate member disposed so as to separate a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space and having a cooling passage provided inside thereof along a surface thereof, comprising: removing a damaged portion generated in the plate member so as to expose the cooling passage; primarily filling an area where a material is removed so as to block the cooling passage and form an external shape of the plate member having no missing portion as compared to its original external shape; forming a first opening through which the cooling passage communicates with the low-pressure space on an upstream side, in a flow direction of a refrigerant in the cooling passage, of a position where the cooling passage is blocked; and forming a second opening through which the cooling passage communicates with the high-pressure space on a downstream side of the position where the cooling passage is blocked.

  • Patent number: 9199342
Abstract: It is an object to provide a repairing method for a wall member with flow passages capable of reducing the time and the cost required for a partial repairing work on the wall member with flow passages. The repairing method for the wall member with flow passages includes a removal stage of removing a portion of the wall member with flow passages (1) provided with plural flow passages (4) between the base member (2) and the plate member (3), the base member welding stage of welding the repairing base member (6) to the portion removed in the removal stage, a flow passage forming stage of providing plural overlay welds on the repairing base member (6) and forming the flow passages (4) between the overlay welded beads (8), and a plate member welding stage of welding a repairing plate member (9) onto surfaces of the plural overlay welded beads (8).

  • Patent number: 9027942
Abstract: A heavy duty carriage cart is provided, which is used when moving a heavy object. The heavy object can safely be moved without being influenced by factors which obstruct the traveling of the carriage cart, such as distortions or joints of flooring material on a floor surface. In a lower part of a carriage cart main body, front rollers are pivotally supported by a front shaft, rear rollers are pivotally supported by a rear shaft, and intermediate rollers are pivotally supported by an intermediate shaft at a wheel base of the rollers. A load receiving platform, having a planar portion which is freely movable while contacting with the bottom of the heavy object, is placed on an upper part of the carriage cart main body. Four heavy duty carriage carts are used to move the heavy object.

  • Patent number: 6553766
Abstract: A cooling structure of a combustor tail tube is capable of avoiding the formation of cracks in the tail tube by lessening thermal stress and preventing thermal deformation, thus extending the service life. A multiplicity of cooling jackets (5) extend in the longitudinal direction of the tail tube of a gas turbine combustor along the entire circumference of the tail tube wall. The passage sectional area of the cooling jackets (5) is varied depending on the metal temperature of parts of the tail tube (4). For example, the passage sectional area of the cooling jackets (5) formed at the rotor side wall and the mutually opposite side walls of the adjacent tail tube is larger than the passage sectional area of the cooling jackets (5) formed at the casing side wall.

  • Patent number: 4868639
Abstract: In a semiconductor device which has an air tight metal package containing a high frequency wave range circuit element and which has a waveguide-coaxial line transformation structure, a metal terminal for the waveguide-coaxial line is air-tightly attached directly in a hole of a base of the metal package with a dielectric spacer, usually by glass fusion, whereby the thickness of the base may be reduced and attachment of the terminal to the base is simplified.
