  • Patent number: 10123469
Abstract: A substrate process system which includes a plurality of arranged process machines, and in which a circuit substrate is transported from an upstream process machine to a downstream process machine is provided. One process machine inspects small electronic components, and another process machine 90 inspects large electronic components. The small mounted components are inspected in detail. When the large mounted components are inspected, it is not necessary to inspect the large electronic components in detail to the degree that the small electronic components are inspected. It is possible to reliably inspect the small mounted components even though the inspection process requires a certain length of time, and it is possible to inspect the large components in less detail than the inspection process for the small components. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably perform an inspection process, and to decrease an inspection time at the same time.

  • Patent number: 7167768
Abstract: A board work system operable by a plurality of operators assigned in turn to operate. The system includes (a) at least one device changeable to each one of a plurality of different modes; (b) a control device which controls the changeable device, and receives operator ID data identifying each operator, so as to recognize which one of the operators is currently assigned to operate the system; and (c) an ID-data input device operable to input the operator ID data to the control device. The control device includes: (b-1) a suitable-mode-establishing-data storing portion which stores suitable-mode-establishing data representative of one of the different modes which is to be established during operation of the system by each operator; and (b-2) a suitable-mode establishing portion which establishes one of the different modes on the basis of the suitable-mode establishing data and according to the operator ID data inputted to the control device.

  • Patent number: 6640431
Abstract: An apparatus for moving an operative suction nozzle which holds an electric component. The apparatus mounts the electric component held by the operative suction nozzle on a circuit board. The apparatus includes a device which supplies the electric component to the operative suction nozzle; a device which supports the circuit substrate; a nozzle storing device which stores normal suction nozzles; and a nozzle moving device. A nozzle-defect detecting device which detects a defeat of the operative suction nozzle is provided. Also provided is a nozzle exchanging device which automatically operates the nozzle moving device to move the defective suction nozzle having the detected defect, to the nozzle storing device so that the defective suction nozzle is exchanged with the normal suction nozzle stored by the nozzle storing device.

  • Patent number: 5323144
Abstract: A duplexed bus type network in which a main transmission line and a stand-by transmission line are interconnected by a repeater (30), a changeover switch (40) or a two-way amplifier, a modem at each station is duplexed and connected to the main transmission line and the stand-by transmission line, and, upon trouble in one modem (11A), only the relevant station is switched over to the modem (21A) belonging to the stand-by transmission line. When the main transmission line is broken, all the stations are simultaneously switched over to the stand-by transmission line.

  • Patent number: 4784284
Abstract: A cover for a can comprising a multi-layer base of aluminum foil between heat-fusible resin layers and an overlying laminated resin layer. The outer resin layer has an inner section and a surrounding outer section separated by a gap through which the multi-layer base is exposed. The gap is smooth and continuous, that is, does not have a point, so that the inner section can be leveraged into the multi-layer base and the stress is uniformly distributed over a wide area of the multi-layer base.

  • Patent number: 3981958
Abstract: A new graft copolymer composed of an ethylene/propylene/non-conjugated diene terpolymer backbone and a homopolymerized or copolymerized methacrylic ester graft moiety. The graft copolymer is produced by grafting a lower alkyl methacrylate alone or in mixture with other ethylenically unsaturated monomer or monomers copolymerizable therewith to an ethylene/propylene/non-conjugated diene terpolymer in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator. The graft copolymer is useful as resinous or rubbery component in a coating or binding composition for treating various inorganic and organic materials including glass and fibers.
