  • Patent number: 9885201
Abstract: A lock device body includes a brake member fastening a rod to lock the rod, a piston that press-opens a pair of pressure-bearing sections of the brake member by using an expansion member to unlock the rod, and an operation element for manually operating the piston, the operation element includes a shaft threaded in a screw hole, a pressure plate formed on one end of the shaft and located in the pressure chamber, and a sealing member disposed on the pressure plate. When the shaft is threaded into a lock release position, an operation end becomes an unextending state while the pressure plate displaces the piston to the lock release position, and, when the shaft is threaded back to a lock position, the operation end extends from the screw hole to the outside while the sealing member seals the screw hole to isolate the screw hole from the pressure chamber.

  • Patent number: 7484615
Abstract: A lever, provided with rollers, is rotatably supported with respect to a lever holder. A lock pin disposed on the lever engages with a lock pawl of a lock mechanism. Accordingly, rotary action of the lever is regulated so as to stop a workpiece that is transported in a predetermined direction. On the other hand, when the workpiece is transported in a direction opposite to the predetermined direction, a second bracket having the lock pawl is rotated due to a pressing action of the lock pin. Accordingly, the lever is released from its rotation-regulated state effected by the lock pin, whereupon the lever is rotated and displaced.

  • Publication number: 20040211673
Abstract: A plating solution containing 10 to 40 wt % of copper hexafluorosilicate. With the use of this plating solution, a copper thin film which has a low film stress and a low resistivity and which strongly (111)-oriented is plating-deposited on the fine pattern portion a copper seed layer, and film peeling caused by deterioration of an adhesion force between an underlying barrier layer and a copper seed layer even in a heat treatment process and in a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process after plating deposition is prevented.

  • Patent number: 6751851
Abstract: A fastener structure for fastening a first member and a second member using a taper implant having a threaded hole therein. The taper implant has a frusto-conical outer surface, a projecting portion connected to a larger diameter end and a threaded hole passing therethrough. The first member has a wall portion with a tapered hole extending therethrough and a counterbored portion adjacent a larger diameter end to receive the projection portion of the taper implant. The taper implant is inserted into the hole of the first member and held therein by frictional contact. The second member has a wall portion with a hole therethrough. The second member is positioned in contact with the first member and the two members are fastened together by inserting a male screw through the hole of the second member and threading the male screw into engagement with the threaded hole of the taper implant.

  • Patent number: 6285546
Abstract: An electronic device has a frame and a back board having plural logical units and power supply units mounted thereon. The logical units and the power supply units are alternately located on both sides of the back board in the center of the frame so that the power supply units mounted on one side of the back board may feed a power to the closest logical units mounted on the other side. Further, the air flow paths to be circulated through the logical units and the power supply units are formed so that each unit may be efficiently cooled by the air fed by an air fan unit. As a result, the feeding voltage becomes uniform and the cooling efficiency is improved.
