  • Patent number: 7022391
Abstract: The present invention provides a casing material for an electronic component which has a good adhesion with an aluminum foil and a resin layer, impermeability of steam, heat seal property, and corrosion resistance for an electrolyte. The present invention also provides a casing for an electronic component using the casing material. The present invention also provides an electronic component including the casing. The casing material comprises a heat resistant resin drawn film layer as an outer layer, a thermoplastic resin not-drawn film as an inner layer, and an aluminum foil layer provided between the layers. In particular, an acrylic polymer layer is provided between the aluminum foil layer and the not-drawn film layer.

  • Patent number: 5498670
Abstract: Disclosed herein are crosslinked spherical fine particles having good toughness, elastic properties, and chemical properties, and a process for producing the same, said fine particles being obtained by radical polymerization in the suspended state of a component [M] capable of radical polymerization containing a vinyl group-containing compound (V) capable of radical polymerization which is obtained by reaction of (a) a selected polyol, (b) an isocyanate group-containing compound, and (c) an active hydrogen-containing vinyl monomer capable of radical polymerization. Also disclosed herein are the secondary products of the crosslinked spherical fine particles, which include a coating composition and its derivatives (such as filmlike article, sheetlike article, adhesive filmlike article, and adhesive sheetlike article) and a peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive and peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive article.

  • Patent number: 5239028
Abstract: Provided herein are a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing at least an ultraviolet-stable polymerizable monomer and a cycloalkyl group-containing polymerizable monomer, a process for producing said copolymer, and a coating composition containing said copolymer. The copolymers retains outstanding weather resistance over a long period of time owing to the multiplicated effect of an ultraviolet-stable monomer and a cycloalkyl group-containing polymerizable monomer, and the coating composition containing the copolymer forms a coating film having superior gloss, buildability, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance.
