The female member includes a plurality of elastic pieces arranged to form a hollow portion therein, engaging portions disposed in the elastic pieces, and a collar plate disposed at rear ends of the elastic pieces and having a hole communicating with the hollow portion. The male member includes a head to abut against the collar plate, a leg extending from the head to be inserted into the hollow portion to radially outwardly expand the elastic pieces, and lock portions disposed in the leg. The lock portions engage the engaging portions so that the elastic pieces are prevented from being deviated when deviating force is applied thereto.
