  • Patent number: 4549472
Abstract: The present invention relates to an air-conditioning and an environmental control device for manufacturing plants of integrated circuits, chemicals and foods, hospitals, etc. where clean air is required. In this environmental control device, controlled air blows out from one side and is absorbed into the other side of the room. The blowing surface and the absorbing surface are divided on the basis of the predetermined module. Ventilating units are formed in a suitable size to conform to the module. Because of the construction, the controlling system of temperature or cleanliness of the air in the environmental control room can be rearranged to an optional one by replacing or changing positions of the ventilating units. Even if a controlling system is rearranged to an optional one, the room should be divided into a supply chamber, a mixing chamber, an environmental control chamber and a return chamber from one side to the opposite side of the room, so that air conditioned can flow as required.

  • Patent number: 4353937
Abstract: A method of coating a magnetic disk wherein while rotating a disk held horizontal at a rotational frequency of 5-700 r.p.m., a magnetic coating composition is sprayed onto the upper and lower surfaces of the disk substantially simultaneously, to form coatings thereon, and the disk is further rotated at a raised rotational frequency, to adjust the thicknesses of the coatings. Further, in case of the rotation for adjusting the thicknesses of the coatings, a shield plate and a bottom plate are respectively disposed over and under the disk, or alternatively, shield plates are disposed over and under the disk, whereby the thicknesses of the coatings on both the surfaces of the disk are made uniform.

  • Patent number: 4229312
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a paint composite for magnetic films wherein a mixture consisting of a magnetic powder, a polymer such as polyvinylbutyral, and a solvent is ground under a shear stress of 10-400 kg/cm.sup.2, and the ground mixture has a solvent, an epoxy resin and a phenol resin added thereto and is further ground. When a magnetic disk is produced using a paint which has been obtained by executing the first grinding under a shear stress of 10-400 kg/cm.sup.2 with a kneader or the like, it is endowed with excellent electric characteristics and surface flatness.
