Abstract: A plant analyzing system which can include an accepting section that accepts a definition of a soft-sensor for creating key information used for diagnosing the plant based on the data obtained from the plant; a storage section that stores the soft-sensor; a monitoring data generating section that generates the key information in real time as data for monitoring the plant based on the data obtained from the plant and using the stored soft-sensor; a monitoring data display section that displays in real time the data for monitoring the plant on a screen for monitoring an operation; a history data accumulating section that accumulates the data obtained from the plant as history data; and an analyzing data generating section that generates the key information, as data for analyzing a plant state of the past, based on the accumulated history data and using the stored soft-sensor.

Abstract: The operational state analysis system may analyze an operational state of a plant based on processed data items related to the plant. The operational state analysis system may include a reception unit that receives a selection of the processed data items, the selection being performed by user of the operational state analysis system, a property value acquisition unit that acquires a plurality of property values, each of the plurality of property values being one of values of the processed data items and statistical values based on the processed data items of which the selection is received by the reception unit, and a waveform display unit that displays the plurality of property values acquired by the property value acquisition unit as waveforms that analyzes the operational state.

Abstract: A process analysis system may include a data collecting unit that collects process data related to a plant, an input unit that receives an analysis logic, a first analyzing unit that performs a first analysis of the process data by using the analysis logic, a storage unit that stores the analysis logic, which has been used by the first analyzing unit, so as to be reused by the first analyzing unit, and a first display control unit that controls a display unit, the display unit displaying a group of screen images of a first analysis result of the first analysis so that the input unit can receive an instruction of performing a series of operations. The series of operations may be performed by the data collecting unit, the input unit, the first analyzing unit, the storage unit, and the display unit based on the instruction to at least one of the group of screen images.

Abstract: There is provided a plant analysis system capable of enhancing efficiency of works by sharing information within a plant. A storing means stores a logic defined via a reception means. A monitoring data creation means creates KPI (key performance indicator) in real time as data for monitoring the plant based on data to be acquired from the plant by use of the logic stored in the storing means. An analysis data creation means creates the KPI as analyzing data for analyzing a plant state in the past based on historical data stored in a historical data storage means by use of the logic stored in the storing means.

A distance calculating section calculates a Mahalanobis' distance by inputting the data acquired by the data acquiring section into the reference space formed by the reference space forming section. An instruction accepting section accepts an instruction from a user, and decides procedures of operations of the reference space forming section, the data acquiring section, and the distance calculating section in response to the instruction.
