  • Patent number: 11148218
Abstract: A method for welding a steel pipe in a steel pipe structure and a joint is provided. The welding method includes: a measurement step of measuring a manufacturing error of the steel pipe, a calculation step of calculating the positions of the steel pipe and the joint where the manufacturing error measured in the measurement step is absorbed, and a welding step of welding the steel pipe and the joint at the positions of the steel pipe and the joint, the positions being calculated in the calculation step.

  • Publication number: 20150202710
Abstract: A method of welding structural steel containing, by mass %, Cr: 1.5 to 3.5%, Mo: 0.5 to 1.5%, and V: 0.15 to 0.5%. It comprises preheating joint of the structural steel to be welded at temperatures of 150 to 250 degrees Celsius; multilayer welding the joint end portions; keeping the interpass temperature of the joint end portions during the multilayer welding at 150 to 350 degrees Celsius; then after welding completion, performing DHT by heat treating the weld zone before cooling down below 150 degrees Celsius under the conditions that the temperature is 250 to 340 degrees Celsius and that the treatment time is 5 to 10 hours.

  • Patent number: 7392598
Abstract: A method and a device for measuring the dimensions of a constant velocity joint. In the method, for example, the cylindrical part of an outer member with a specified offset value is supported on the support part of a dimension measuring device for the outer member. On the other hand, a holding bar is inserted into a recessed part formed in the shaft part of the outer member. In this case, balls installed at the tip of the support part are inserted into the ball grooves of the cylindrical part. In this state, a rotating member is rotated to bring a probe into contact with the inside wall of the cylindrical part. The measurement core of a micro gauge is displaced according to the displacement of the probe, and the amount of the displacement thereof is displayed as the amount of the variation of the needle of the micro gauge.
