  • Patent number: 4673596
Abstract: In the production of a decorative sheet, a synthetic resin paste is first applied onto the upper surface of a substrate sheet to form an undercoat layer. Then, one or more pastes, each being of the same material and having approximately the same viscosity as the paste of the undercoat layer, are laterally sprayed so as to drop onto the undercoat layer. The result is a smoothing phenomenon, with the pattern layer cooperating with the undercoat layer to form a smooth patterned surface. Finally, the pattern layer is heated and jelled.

  • Patent number: 4626947
Abstract: A thin film magnetic head comprises a lower magnetic member and an upper magnetic film which constitute a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap at a predetermined location, and a conductor film forming a coil which intersects the magnetic circuit. At least the upper magnetic film has a magnetostriction constant which is not greater than 6.times.10.sup.-7 in the absolute value.

  • Patent number: 4516180
Abstract: A thin film magnetic head comprises an upper magnetic film and a lower magnetic film which cooperate to constitute a magnetic circuit including a magnetic gap, and a coil conductor film constituting a coil having a predetermined number of turns and extending between the upper and the lower magnetic films to intersect the magnetic circuit. The upper magnetic film is composed of a laminate constituted by magnetic thin film layers and non-magnetic thin film layers stacked alternately with each other. An electrically insulating layer formed of a photo-sensitive resin is interposed between the upper magnetic film and the coil conductor film.
