  • Publication number: 20240128463
Abstract: A laminated resin film includes: a resin layer; and a Cu film provided on one surface or both surfaces of the resin layer, in which in the Cu film, a peak intensity y of a (200) plane is 2 to 30 when a peak intensity of a (111) plane in X-ray diffraction measurement is set to 100, and Expression (1) is satisfied. y?2.5×?7.5??Expression (1) (in Expression (1), y is the peak intensity of the (200) plane when the peak intensity of the (111) plane in the X-ray diffraction measurement is set to 100, and x is a peak intensity of a (220) plane when the peak intensity of the (111) plane in the X-ray diffraction measurement is set to 100.

  • Publication number: 20100026258
Abstract: The present invention provides a semiconductor integrated circuit which can reduce power consumption without hampering operation of a CPU. A power supply control circuit 40 installed separately from a CPU 10 detects a signal (e.g., an idle signal Si) from the CPU 10 installed on a semiconductor chip 1. In response to the idle signal Si, the power supply control circuit 40 controls supply of a source voltage Vp to the CPU 10 by controlling a switch element 30—1. This makes it possible to control power supply efficiently without hampering the operation of the CPU 10.

  • Publication number: 20080133732
Abstract: An operation management system for managing operation of a network-connected apparatuses includes an apparatus operation managing agent and a management server. The apparatus operation managing agent is provided in the network-connected apparatus to be managed, and independently manages an operational state of the network-connected apparatus, and autonomously sends, through a network, a management result of the network-connected apparatus managed. The management server receives the management result through the predetermined interface, and manages the received management result so as to manage the network-connected apparatus to be managed.

  • Patent number: 6367327
Abstract: A transmitter of audible sound waves is disposed at one end of a communicating hole of a cast molded article such as a cylinder block, and a receiver of audible sound waves is disposed at the other end of the communicating hole. The quality of the communicating hole is determined by receiving audible sound waves from a transmitter which have passed through the communicating hole and computing and processing a frequency spectrum of the received audible sound waves based on a reference frequency spectrum.
