Abstract: An adhesive patch comprising a substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive base, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive base comprises a rubbery polymer having double bonds in the main chain and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic and contains a UVA screening agent and/or UVB screening agent as a stabilizer for the rubbery polymer. The adhesive patch is excellent in the stability of the pressure-sensitive adhesive base and in drug infiltration into the skin.

Abstract: An anti-inflammatory-containing plaster is provided. The anti-inflammatory-containing plaster may include, e.g., a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, a high molecular weight polyisobutylene, a low molecular weight polyisobutylene, a tackifier, a plasticizer, a dispersant, and an anti-inflammatory having a carboxyl group or a salt thereof. However, the anti-inflammatory-containing plaster does not contain L-menthol. The anti-inflammatory-containing plaster has medicament release rates of 20-64% by mass and 40-93% by mass at one hour and three hours, respectively.

Abstract: A percutaneous pharmaceutical preparation for external use containing a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory analgesic. It is effective in inhibiting, with higher certainty, the hypersensitivity to light attributable to the phototoxicity and photoallergy of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory analgesics. It can sufficiently produce the effects of the nonsteroidal antiinflammatory analgesic while preventing the pharmaceutical preparation from being altered with time by the incorporation of a dibenzoylmethane derivative as a UVA absorber. The percutaneous pharmaceutical preparation for external use comprises, as essential ingredients, a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory analgesic, a dibenzoylmethane derivative, and one or more members selected among polyhydric alcohol/fatty acid esters, higher fatty acid esters, and crotamiton.

An estradiol percutaneous administration preparation comprising:(1) a (A-B) nX or (A-B) n-A type elastomer wherein A is substantially monovinyl-substituted aromatic compound polymer block, B is substantially a conjugated diolefin copolymer block, n is an integer of 3-7, and X is a residue derived from a polyfunctional compound combined with n of polymer chain (A-B),(2) crotamiton and(3) a super absorbent polymer, the preparation further comprising estradiol as the medicinal ingredient and exhibiting sufficient medicinal efficacy without causing rubefaction, rashes and the like.
