  • Patent number: 5778275
Abstract: Provided is a photographic processing device comprising at least one pair of a tray section and an upper section, which are each made by integral molding, arranged so as to form a space. A photosensitive material is passed through the space with its emulsion side turned to the upper plane of the tray section. The upper plane of the tray section and the lower plane of the upper section are equipped with free-rotation rollers for supporting the conveyance of a photographic material. For the adaptation to the width of a photosensitive material to be passed therethrough, two or more of the pairs of the sections are joined together in the width direction with packing.

  • Patent number: 5258045
Abstract: A route selector for a sheetlike article comprises an delivery path for feeding the sheetlike article, a pair of feed rollers located at the end of the delivery path, and a first and a second discharge paths separated by the feed rollers. The feed rollers are arranged so that a line connecting the central axes of rotation of the feed rollers is inclined with respect a line which is perpendicular to the sheet feeding direction. The feed rollers are rotatable forwardly and backwardly, determining the directions to which the sheetlike article is conveyed.

  • Patent number: 5152522
Abstract: A sheetlike article conveying roller assembly comprises at least one rotary shaft, a plurality of rollers mounted on the rotary shafts at an optional positions, and a plurality of rings held on the rollers. The rollers on one of a pair of shafts are axially arranged in staggered position with those on the other shaft. The rings of the rollers on one of the pair of the rotary shaft and those on the rollers on the other rotary shaft overlap axially. A sheetlike article is conveyed by the rollers through a travelling path defined between the rotary shafts.

  • Patent number: 5022300
Abstract: A jig for positioning a press plate is used with a punch press which perforates the press plate to define reference holes or recesses that will be used to position the press plate in a printing press. While pins of the jig are being fitted in respective reference holes or recesses defined in advance in the press plate, reference end surfaces of the jig are held against a reference surface of the punch press to position the press plate in a first direction in which the press plate is inserted into the press plate. Then, other pins of the jig are fitted in a groove of the punch press to position the punch press in a second direction that is normal to the first direction. With the press plate being thus positioned, it is perforated by the punch press. Holes or recesses thus formed in the press plate have a certain positional relation to the reference holes or recesses already defined in the press plate, and will be used as a positioning reference when the press plate is set on the printing plate.

  • Patent number: 4989033
Abstract: A copyboard and a platen are disposed horizontally so that a copy can be horizontally placed on the copyboard and a photosensitive medium can be horizontally supported on the platen. A mirror disposed above the copyboard and a movable mirror disposed above the platen jointly form an optical path extending from the copyboard to the platen, while shortening the distance between the copyboard and the platen. Two pairs of mask plates are disposed in front of and parallel to the surface of the platen on which the photosensitive medium is to be supported, the mask plates being independently movable along two axes perpendicular to each other. The distances from the optical axis to the mask plates are determined for each of images to be photographed on the photosensitive medium, based on various input data including a photographing dimension, the distances between the photosensitive medium and the mask plates, etc.

  • Patent number: 4862223
Abstract: A reverse mirror for reversing an image is disposed between a subject holder and an object lens. The reverse mirror and the object lens are moved for varying image magnification and focusing the image. A movable mirror disposed between the object lens and a platen can selectively establish a focusing optical system for focusing the image of an original on the platen, a focusing optical system for focusing the image of the original on an index plate, and a focusing optical system for focusing the image of the index plate on the original plate. After a prescribed number of originals have been photographed on a photosensitive member, the platen and mask plates are moved to predetermined positions to photograph marks necessary for cutting and bookbinding in non-image areas on the photosensitive member.
