Patent number: 11947228Abstract: An object is to provide a semiconductor device having a structure in which parasitic capacitance between wirings can be efficiently reduced. In a bottom gate thin film transistor using an oxide semiconductor layer, an oxide insulating layer used as a channel protection layer is formed above and in contact with part of the oxide semiconductor layer overlapping with a gate electrode layer, and at the same time an oxide insulating layer covering a peripheral portion (including a side surface) of the stacked oxide semiconductor layer is formed. Further, a source electrode layer and a drain electrode layer are formed in a manner such that they do not overlap with the channel protection layer. Thus, a structure in which an insulating layer over the source electrode layer and the drain electrode layer is in contact with the oxide semiconductor layer is provided.Type: GrantFiled: August 26, 2021Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Co., Ltd.Inventors: Shunpei Yamazaki, Miyuki Hosoba, Junichiro Sakata, Hideaki Kuwabara

Patent number: 11923206Abstract: An object is to provide a display device with excellent display characteristics, where a pixel circuit and a driver circuit provided over one substrate are formed using transistors which have different structures corresponding to characteristics of the respective circuits. The driver circuit portion includes a driver circuit transistor in which a gate electrode layer, a source electrode layer, and a drain electrode layer are formed using a metal film, and a channel layer is formed using an oxide semiconductor. The pixel portion includes a pixel transistor in which a gate electrode layer, a source electrode layer, and a drain electrode layer are formed using an oxide conductor, and a semiconductor layer is formed using an oxide semiconductor. The pixel transistor is formed using a light-transmitting material, and thus, a display device with higher aperture ratio can be manufactured.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2022Date of Patent: March 5, 2024Assignee: Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Co., Ltd.Inventors: Shunpei Yamazaki, Junichiro Sakata, Masashi Tsubuku, Kengo Akimoto, Miyuki Hosoba, Masayuki Sakakura, Yoshiaki Oikawa

Patent number: 8887694Abstract: The fuel pump driving structure includes a camshaft and a pump cam member. The camshaft is rotatably supported at an end by a cylinder head. The pump cam member has a fitting hole into which the end of the camshaft is press fitted, and is operatively coupled to a high-pressure fuel pump. The pump cam member includes a pump cam section and a first contact section. The pump cam section has a first lift portion operating the high-pressure fuel pump, and a base circular portion that does not operate the high-pressure fuel pump. The first contact section is in a position offset from a position of the first lift portion with respect to a circumferential direction and contacting a portion of the camshaft in an axial direction at a position radially outward of an external circumferential surface of the one end of the camshaft.Type: GrantFiled: September 9, 2011Date of Patent: November 18, 2014Assignee: Aichi Machine Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Masatoshi Hada, Naonori Kinoshita, Miyuki Yamazaki, Tsuneo Mitsuhashi

Publication number: 20030182205Abstract: When a browser on a user terminal operated by a seller sends a file of a content to be sold or a link destination URL indicating the location of the content and information designating its sale price to a WWW server on a support server machine, a product registration CGI generates a unique product number, stores thus generated product number, the sale price, a path to the file of the content or the link destination URL in a product information table with them corresponding with one another, issues a product URL including the generated product number and URL of the sales CGI, and sends the product URL to the user terminal. When a browser on a user terminal operated by the purchaser then sends this product URL to the WWW server, a sales CGI executes processes to charge the purchaser the sale price stored in the product information table corresponding to the product number in the product URL and notifies the user terminal of the path to the file or the link destination URL.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 4, 2003Publication date: September 25, 2003Applicant: Nifty CorporationInventors: Yuki Watabe, Naohiro Munechika, Kinji Iwatate, Kanjiro Sato, Hiroshi Muramatsu, Motoharu Suzuki, Miyuki Yamazaki
