When the similarity is equal to or higher than the threshold value, the profit allocation unit determines the ratio of allocation such that the higher the similarity, the higher the ratio of allocation, and, when the similarity is less than the threshold value, the profit allocation unit determines the ratio of allocation to the right holder to be zero.
