  • Patent number: 11290219
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for receiving a data packet from a first communication device by a second communication device in a wireless network comprising the following steps: —awaiting the data packet at the second communication device; determining a context information related to the data packet by the second communication device; if the data packet is not received successfully, controlling transmission of a negative acknowledgement indicator, NACK, and/or transmission of a channel quality indicator, CQI, by the second communication device to the first communication device based on the context information.

Assignees: Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.
Inventors: David Gonzalves Serrano, Mladen Botsov, Liang Hu, Markus Dillinger
  • Patent number: 10623926
Abstract: A communication device is provided, which is configured to receive context information and to configure a radio frame, in particular a control channel of a radio frame, based on the context information. In an embodiment the radio frame comprises a plurality of communication resources, wherein the communication device is configured to configure the radio frame by allocating at least two groups of communication resources of the plurality of communication resources of the radio frame to at least two groups of communication devices of a plurality of other communication devices based on the context information.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 1, 2019
Date of Patent: April 14, 2020
Assignees: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., BAYERISCHE MOTOREN WERKE AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT
Inventors: David Gozalvez-Serrano, Mladen Botsov, Liang Hu, Markus Martin Dillinger
  • Patent number: 10375748
Abstract: A method for terminal-to-terminal communication in a cellular mobile radio network includes providing a radio signal interference map that is indicative of a location-dependent radio signal interference disturbance within a coverage area of a base station. The location-dependent radio signal interference disturbance is indicative of a radio signal interference disturbance of a terminal-to-terminal communication, and the radio signal interference map is based on a learning algorithm for a geographic radio signal interference map. Configuration information regarding a configuration setting of a radio transmission for a terminal-to-terminal communication between a first mobile radio communication terminal and a second mobile radio communication terminal is provided based on the location-dependent radio signal interference disturbance of the radio signal interference map. The configuration setting enables a statement regarding a configuration to be performed in respect of the radio transmission.
