    Abstract: According to embodiments of the disclosure, a method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium for information retrieval are provided. In the method, input content for indicating a retrieval requirement is obtained from a target object; a set of retrieval elements are determined based on the input content, the set of retrieval elements comprising at least action elements for describing an event associated with a business object to be retrieved; and a set of retrieval results for the retrieval requirement are provided based on the set of retrieval elements and historical interaction information, the historical interaction information being generated based on a set of interaction events for at least one business component. Thereby, the embodiments of the disclosure can support natural language search of the business object by the user by utilizing the historical interaction information between the user and the business component.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method and a system for controlling temperature during crystal growth. The method includes that: the power of each of the heaters is constantly adjusted and simulating is performed by software to calculate the thermal field correspondingly at a solid-liquid interface and vicinity of the solid-liquid interface; the thermal field is coupled with a moving grid to determine whether the solid-liquid interface and the total thermal energy both reach thermal equilibrium; the power of each of the heaters that enables both the solid-liquid interface and the total thermal energy to reach the thermal equilibrium is stored and a thermal equilibrium diagram is drawn based on the power of each of the heaters; and during crystal growth, the power of each of the heaters is selected from the thermal equilibrium diagram which is drawn to control the temperature gradient at the solid-liquid interface.

    Abstract: Bidirectional wireless power transfer (WPT) manages to provide a first aid to a mobile device that is running out of energy in urgent circumstances. To facilitate bidirectional WPT with minimum additional cost, a WPT transceiver reconfigurable for performing WPT and wireless power reception (WPR) is provided. The transceiver is reconfigurable between a differential class-D power amplifier (PA) and a full-wave rectifier. A maximum current charging mode (MCCM) is used to maximize a battery-to-battery (B2B) charging efficiency, by directly charging the loading battery with the rectifier, and by powering the PA with the sourcing battery. No output voltage or current regulation is used. Then the number of cascaded charging stages is reduced from five in the conventional design to three.

An improved D-LDO with reduced LCO amplitude includes an auxiliary power transistor array in selected strength driven by an output of a comparator in parallel with a main power transistor array.
