Abstract: Provided are a method and device for sending message. The method includes that: a mapping table is established; a message is received from a receiver; the mapping table is searched to obtain a Route Identification (RID) of an Access Service Node (ASN) of a sender corresponding to the message according to the message; and the message is sent to the ASN according to the found RID of the ASN. By the technical solution, the problem of non-uniformity of access manners for uplink and downlink data streams in a related technology is solved, and a proper access manner can be selected for the downlink data stream.

Abstract: A mobile node mapping information update triggering method, information reporting method, mapping server and mobile node, applied to a Locator/Identifier Separation Protocol (LISP) network, wherein the mobile node mapping information update triggering method comprises: a mapping server (MS) receiving a mapping registration message for updating mapping information transmitted by a MN attached to the MS; the MS acquiring the information of a communication peer, and according to the information of the communication peer, transmitting a mapping update message to a peer mapping cache device corresponding to the communication peer of the MN, thus triggering the peer mapping cache device to update the cached mapping information. In the abovementioned solution, it overcomes the problem that the mobile node has to bear a large amount of signaling overheads in order to update the peer cache.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system for information transmission. Said method includes: an Evolved Packet Data Gateway (ePDG) notifying a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity of the location information of a User Equipment (UE); the PCRF entity sending the location information of the UE to a Broadband Policy Control Function (BPCF) entity. The method and system provided by the present invention solve the problem that the BPCF in a fixed network can not initiate an S9* session to the PCRF entity.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for an interaction between resource and admission control systems and a resource and admission control system, the method includes: a resource and admission control function in a fixed network receiving a request message transmitted by a Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) in a mobile network, and converting the request message or parameters carried in the request message into a form that can be processed or identified by a transport functional entity in the fixed network. The technical scheme of the present invention complies with the development trend of the future network, and is simple and practical.

A method for implementing the policy control for home gateway, the method comprises: the Co-located PD-FE receiving the QoS policy issued by the PD-FE at network side or being configured with the QoS policy; and the Co-located PD-FE issuing the QoS policy to home gateways. With the present invention, the Resource and Admission Control Function (RACF) avoids controlling the home gateway directly or sending the policy to the home gateways in the case that there are a lot of home gateways and all the home gateways are scattered at the edge of the network.

The method of the present invention includes the following steps: during the process of the service authorization of resource and admission control in the PULL mode, the policy decision function entity (PD-FE) performs the QoS resource authorization for the service request, then informs the authorization information of the authorized service flow to the Policy Execute Function Entity (PE-FE); after the PE-FE receives the authorization information, the association relationship between the PD-FE and the authorization information of the authorized service flow is established; during the process of resource reservation of the authorized service flow initiated by the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), the PE-FE selects the PD-FE according to the above mentioned corresponding relationship, and interacts with the PD-FE.

Abstract: A processing method for the resource request in NGN, which includes the following steps: the service control layer in NGN transmits the corresponding resource request to the resource admission control layer after the service control layer receives the service request transmitted by an user; if the bandwidth applied by the resource request can not be satisfied, then the resource admission control layer adds the available bandwidth information into the corresponding resource request refusing message and transmits it to the service control layer when the resource admission control layer refuses the request. The service control layer and the user perform session negotiation of the corresponding service according to the available bandwidth information.

In the process of resource requesting: upon receiving a resource initialization request, which is used for requesting a QoS resource for a service, sent by an SCF, a PD-FE of a visited network performing an authorization check and a resource availability check for the resource initialization request, and sending the resource initialization request to a PD-FE of a home network; the PD-FE of the home network performing an authorization check and making an initial policy decision for the resource initialization request, and sending a resource initialization response containing the generated initial policy decision to the PD-FE of the visited network; and the PD-FE of the visited network making a final admission decision for the resource initialization request according to the initial decision policy and the result of the resource availability check.
