  • Publication number: 20260188945
Abstract: One power supply includes an electrical power source; a power supply connector in electrical communication with the electrical power source; a housing at least partially containing the electrical power source and supporting the power supply connector; a cable retainer coupled to the housing; and an electrical cable having a cable connector connected to the power supply connector to communicate with the electrical power source. The cable connector has a first portion to electrically contact the power supply connector, and a second portion axially rotatable relative to the first portion, the second portion axially rotatable while the cable connector is connected to the power supply connector between a first position, in which the cable connector can be disconnected from the power supply connector, and a second position, in which the cable connector engages with the cable retainer to prevent disconnection of the cable connector from the power supply connector.

  • Patent number: 11881651
Abstract: An apparatus for mounting an object having one or more electrical contacts within a vehicle, the object. The apparatus comprises a base configured to receive the object, the base comprising a mounting surface and a docking surface. A docking connector is coupled to the docking surface and is configured to electrically connect with the one or more electrical contacts of the object. The docking connector is movable relative to the docking surface between a first position and a second position. When the docking connector is electrically connected with the one or more electrical contacts of the object, a second main surface of the object is positioned obliquely relative to the mounting surface in the first position of the docking connector and the second main surface of the object is aligned in contact with the mounting surface in the second position of the docking connector.
