    Abstract: Disclosed are a humidity-responsive antibacterial membrane, and a preparation method and use thereof, which belong to the field of functional membrane materials. The humidity-responsive antibacterial membrane includes a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane and an ultrafine nanogold complex embedded in the PDMS membrane, wherein the ultrafine nanogold complex includes a cyclodextrin metal-organic framework (CD-MOF) and ultrafine gold nanoparticles loaded on the CD-MOF. The humidity-responsive antibacterial membrane is formed by a CD-MOF loaded with ultrafine gold nanoparticles, and PDMS, which has excellent humidity response performance and antibacterial properties, and meanwhile good mechanical properties.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a sustained-release antibacterial film includes: (1) mixing a cyclodextrin metal-organic framework (CD-MOF) material with a silver nitrate short-chain alcohol solution to prepare an intermediate material A; (2) mixing the intermediate material A with a caffeic acid short-chain alcohol solution to prepare an intermediate material B; (3) dispersing the intermediate material B in a solvent, adding a polydimethylsiloxane main agent and a PDMS auxiliary agent in sequence, and mixing well by stirring to obtain a casting solution; and (4) coating the casting solution on a film support material, conducting vacuum drying, and peeling off a film from the film support material to obtain the sustained-release antibacterial film. A mixed matrix-based film material in which the CD-MOF and the PDMS are physically blended is prepared based on CD-MOF and PDMS for the first time, and may be used in application researches of food, environment and other fields.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a metal-organic framework composite and a preparation method and use thereof. The metal-organic framework composite includes a cyclodextrin metal-organic framework (CD-MOF) material, and nano-silver and caffeic acid that are loaded in the CD-MOF material; wherein the nano-silver is loaded at 4% to 5% of a total mass of the composite; and caffeic acid is loaded at 11% to 12% of the total mass of the composite. The method for preparing the metal-organic framework composite includes: placing a CD-MOF material in an ethanol solution containing silver nitrate to obtain a first mixture, and subjecting the first mixture to a dynamic contact reaction in the dark to obtain a CD-MOF loaded with nano-silver; and placing the CD-MOF loaded with nano-silver in an ethanol solution containing caffeic acid to obtain a second mixture, and subjecting the second mixture to an incubation in the dark to obtain the composite.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a caffeic acid-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method includes: exposing a cyclodextrin metal-organic framework material prepared from ?-cyclodextrin to a solution of caffeic acid in a short-chain alcohol to obtain a mixed material; and incubating the mixed material, wherein during the incubating, the cyclodextrin metal-organic framework material is in dynamic contact with the solution of caffeic acid in a short-chain alcohol. The prepared composite material includes a cyclodextrin metal-organic framework material and caffeic acid loaded on the cyclodextrin metal-organic framework material, wherein the cyclodextrin metal-organic framework material is prepared from ?-cyclodextrin. The caffeic acid is loaded in an amount of 15-18% of a total mass of the caffeic acid-based composite material. The caffeic acid is located in a cavity of the cyclodextrin metal-organic framework material.
