  • Patent number: 12385250
Abstract: Modular panels with custom metal frame members having cutouts to accommodate building services. These modular panels are open for visual inspection and can be used in various construction applications such as floors and walls. The cutouts in the metal frame members allow for the routing of building services such as plumbing, wiring, fire sprinkler, HVAC, whether rigid or flexible. The modular construction process involves the placement of module panels at a build site and the joining of building services between adjacent panels. Additionally, the system may incorporate a building information modeling (BIM) system that generates electronic models of buildings with modules and corresponding framing components.

  • Patent number: 12388431
Abstract: A system to operate as a phase locked loop (PLL) includes a frequency synthesizer in a feedback path of the PLL and a delay line arranged to receive an output of the frequency synthesizer. A retimer subsystem is arranged to receive the output of the frequency synthesizer. A digitally controlled delay line (DCDL) is arranged to receive an output of the retimer. A phase detector is arranged to receive an output of the delay line and an output of the DCDL and to provide an error signal indicating a difference in phase of the output of the delay line relative to the output of the DCDL. A controller causes closed loop operation of the PLL during a normal operational mode and open loop operation during a calibration mode during which gain of the DCDL, defining a relationship between a control code and a resulting delay, is calibrated.

  • Patent number: 12382308
Abstract: In some implementations, a base device may determine a quali-colocation (QCL) relation between a first wireless reference signal transmitted by a first sidelink (SL) anchor and a second wireless reference signal transmitted by a second SL anchor, wherein: the first SL anchor and the second SL anchor comprise UEs separate from the receiving UE, and the first wireless reference signal and the second wireless reference signal are transmitted for positioning of the receiving UE, performing radio frequency (RF) sensing, or both. The base device may wirelessly send, from the base device to the receiving UE, the mSL-QCL information, wherein the mSL-QCL information is indicative of the QCL relation between the first wireless reference signal and the second wireless reference signal.

  • Publication number: 20250246913
Abstract: An energy management system for a high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission network includes a HVDC transmission line with first and second ends and a corresponding HVDC voltage. A first modular multilevel converter (MMC) is linked to the first end, interfaced with a first AC grid via a point of common coupling (PCC) that maintains a specific voltage. At the opposite end, a second MMC with its own voltage rating is connected, which in turn links to a second AC grid. This grid integrates renewable energy sources, comprising solar photovoltaic and wind farm systems, along with a battery energy storage system that includes a battery governed by a dedicated controller. The second PCC voltage is managed within the second AC grid. The system permits the second MMC to regulate the overall HVDC voltage, ensuring efficient energy distribution within the transmission network.

  • Patent number: 12373575
Abstract: Example solutions performing software code vulnerability reduction. An input code portion is extracted from input software code. The input code portion may be syntactically incomplete and/or syntactically incorrect. A code vulnerability is detected in the input code portion. A correction of the code vulnerability is made, and an output code portion is generated including the correction. In some examples, a code vulnerability detection tool takes, as input, the output from a code completion tool. The output is thus annotated or corrected in real-time, as a user is developing the code.

  • Publication number: 20250219705
Abstract: Radio frequency (RF) sensing of a target object by a wireless network is supported by a sensing node based on a sensing-purpose beam measurement configuration and/or valid reporting configuration received from a network node. Based on the sensing-purpose beam measurement configuration, the sensing node measures sensing-purpose beams received from a transmitting entity and selects one or more of the sensing-purpose beams for sensing the target. The sensing node sends a sensing-purpose beam measurement report to a network node that identifies the selected sensing-purpose beams and may provide measured metrics, such as signal strength and absolute or relative delay of the selected beams along the target paths. The sensing node may determine whether valid reporting conditions are present based on changes in the measurement the channel state information and may report sensing measurement if valid reporting conditions exist.
