Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for producing alcohol(s), according to which a culture medium containing a sugary carbon substrate (2) is introduced into a reaction section (1) comprising a support (4) on which micro-organisms are immobilised, in order to produce, by fermentation under the action of the said micro-organisms, a must (3) enriched with alcohol(s) and fermentation gas(es), such that the process is operated continuously in the liquid phase, and such that, in order to control production, the quantity of living micro-organisms immobilised on the support is monitored without intervention on the said supports.

Abstract: A process for producing cellulolytic and/or hemicellulolytic enzymes with a strain of microorganism belonging to the family of filamentous fungi. The process includes growing the fungi in an aqueous culture medium, in the presence of at least one carbon-based growth substrate, in a stirred and aerated bioreactor. It also includes the production of enzymes, starting with the aqueous culture medium in the presence of at least one inductive carbon-based substrate and also inducing the production of hydrophobins. Further, at least a portion of the hydrophobins produced in step (b) are reintroduced into the growth step (a).

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for separating, from a culture medium, an enzymatic cocktail and the fungus Trichoderma Reesei, the culture medium resulting from enzyme production by the fungus, method in which: said culture medium is subjected, in a period of no longer than 30 h from the halting of production, to a separation on a filter press lined with a fabric having a porosity of 3-20 ?m, so as to obtain a filtrate having a corrected optical density OD at 600 nm of less than 2.5; and the liquid phase obtained is subjected to tangenital micro-filtration on a ceramic membrane having a cut-off limit of 0.5 to 1.4 ?m, so that the corrected OD at 600 nm does not exceed 0.1.
