  • Patent number: 11560581
Abstract: A process for producing cellulolytic and/or hemicellulolytic enzymes with a strain of microorganism belonging to the family of filamentous fungi. The process includes growing the fungi in an aqueous culture medium, in the presence of at least one carbon-based growth substrate, in a stirred and aerated bioreactor. It also includes the production of enzymes, starting with the aqueous culture medium in the presence of at least one inductive carbon-based substrate and also inducing the production of hydrophobins. Further, at least a portion of the hydrophobins produced in step (b) are reintroduced into the growth step (a).

  • Patent number: 11274122
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for separating, from a culture medium, an enzymatic cocktail and the fungus Trichoderma Reesei, the culture medium resulting from enzyme production by the fungus, method in which: said culture medium is subjected, in a period of no longer than 30 h from the halting of production, to a separation on a filter press lined with a fabric having a porosity of 3-20 ?m, so as to obtain a filtrate having a corrected optical density OD at 600 nm of less than 2.5; and the liquid phase obtained is subjected to tangenital micro-filtration on a ceramic membrane having a cut-off limit of 0.5 to 1.4 ?m, so that the corrected OD at 600 nm does not exceed 0.1.

  • Publication number: 20210284982
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing enzymes by a strain belonging to a filamentous fungus, which comprises three steps: (a) a first step of growing biomass, in the presence of at least one carbon-based growth substrate in a stirred and aerated bioreactor (1) in batch phase, (b) a second step of diluting the culture medium obtained in the first step (a), (c) a third step of producing enzymes from the diluted culture medium obtained in the second step (b), in the presence of at least one inductive carbon-based substrate, in fed-batch phase.

  • Patent number: 10822600
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing cellulolytic or hemicellulolytic enzymes comprising A growth phase a) of a cellulolytic microorganism in a closed reactor, in the presence of at least one carbonaceous growth substrate in a concentration between 10 and 90 g/L, at a temperature of 25-30° C. and a pH of 4-5.5 An enzyme production phase b) in which at least one inducer carbonaceous substrate is added, at a temperature of 25-27° C. and a pH of 4-5, process in which the said inducer substrate is a pretreated pomace obtained from a pretreatment process of lignocellulosic material that has not undergone enzymatic hydrolysis and that is added in fed-batch or continuous mode, and which has particular characteristics: a hydrolysis yield greater than 80% in a test and an apparent viscosity, measured in the test, of less than 1 Pa·s for a shear rate of 10 s?1.
