  • Publication number: 20250127744
Abstract: The present invention relates to treating SARS-CoV-2 infection by concurrent administration of different treatment supplementation through anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral, and immunoregulation actions. The lower doses of the proposed treatment modalities in the present invention denoted anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral, and immunoregulation actions. The higher doses of the proposed treatment modalities in the present invention promoted the release the CD4+ and CD8+ T cell, increasing the phagocytosis activity for viral clearance of SARS-CoV-2 infection. The proposed treatment modalities in the present invention allow the maturation of antibodies against natural SARS-CoV-2 infection.

  • Patent number: 12276652
Abstract: A method of emulsion detection includes executing an oil production process from a volume of a formation. While executing the oil production process, conducting real-time spectral induced polarization (SIP) measurements of the volume of the formation to determine a real-time real conductivity value (RCV) of a matrix material in the volume of the formation. The method further includes determining an onset of water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion formation in the volume of the formation by analyzing the real-time RCV of the matrix material and optionally identifying the onset of the W/O emulsion formation when the real-time RCV first exceeds a first threshold value.

  • Patent number: 12277273
Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is an electromagnetic-based haptic device that utilizes a flat wire coil type to provide the user with kinesthetic feedback in mid-air without direct contact. The invention comprises an array of flat wire coils, a localization system, a cooling fluid source, a magnetic agent attached to a stylus or a wearable device, current drivers and computer software. The flat wire coil comprises longitudinal packed flat conductive turns, each two turns are separated by an axial air gap. The cooling fluid source generates a fluid flow to pass over the surfaces of the coils to dissipate the heat generated by the device during the operation. The array of flat-wire coils is used to generate controlled magnetic fields and magnetic field gradients at a point in the workspace, the magnetic agent is attached to a wearable device or a handhold stylus to translate the magnetic fields/magnetic fields gradients to forces/torques feedback and thus haptic sensation.

  • Publication number: 20250027375
Abstract: Described is a method for mitigating particulate settling in a drilling fluid. A set of rheological data for a first drilling fluid is obtained, where the set of rheological data includes a measured viscosity value. A thermal effect of the measured viscosity value is determined, and a predicted viscosity value for a second drilling fluid having a similar composition as the first drilling fluid is determined based on the thermal effect. Based on the predicted viscosity value, an amount of a thermochemical fluid to add to the second drilling fluid is determined to increase a temperature and a viscosity of the second drilling fluid such that settling of a particulate is mitigated.

  • Patent number: 12173225
Abstract: An drilling mud composition is described, which includes an aqueous base fluid, a viscosifier, and a weighting material The drilling mud composition also includes an anti-sagging agent that comprises a dimethylamino methyl ester, such as methyl 5-(dimethylamino)-2-methyl-5-oxopentanoate. The anti-sagging agent may be used to prevent barite sagging, where barite is used as a weighting material. Small amounts of the anti-sagging agent may be used to maintain a low sag factor while drilling, and without causing unwanted increases in viscosity. The anti-sagging agent is effective for both vertical and inclined wellbores.

  • Patent number: 12141124
Abstract: A database system enumerates one-column candidate referential integrities (1CRIs) from a plurality of input columns in one or more relations. The database system applies one or more disqualification tests to the 1CRIs to eliminate illegitimate 1CRIs resulting in a list of non-disqualified 1CRIs, wherein the disqualification tests are applied to an 1CRI being tested (hereinafter (A*,B*), A* representing a set of values of a referenced column or columns and B* representing a set of values of a referencing column or columns) until (A*,B*) is disqualified or until all of the disqualification tests have been executed and (A*,B*) has not been disqualified, in which case (A*,B*) is added to the list of non-disqualified 1CRIs, wherein each of the disqualification tests reduces the likelihood of incorrectly adding (A*,B*) to the list of non-disqualified 1CRIs.
