Abstract: In embodiments, the invention includes treatment compositions for treatment of wounds and body dysfunction due to injury, aging, degeneration, obesity, or disease. It includes compositions and methods of administering the compositions. The compositions include cannabidiol and either human stem cells or stem cell products.

Abstract: A dressing for treating a wound includes a flexible membrane having an upper surface and a wound-facing surface, a flexible battery, an electrode pattern to deliver current to the wound, and a current control electrically to limit the amount of current delivered to the electrode pattern. In embodiments, the current control includes active circuits, series resistors, and parallel resistors. A method of treating a wound includes applying the described dressing and adjusting the current. Embodiments include applying a conductive gel containing a stem cell culture medium or cannabidiol.

Abstract: Dermal treatment compositions include an emollient base, a conditioned medium, and a nanosilver particulate. The conditioned medium may be harvested from culture of human adipocyte-derived stem cells. The stem cells may be cultured in the presence of the nanosilver particulate. In other embodiments, the stem cells are cultured in medium that does not contain a nanosilver particulate. Instead the conditioned medium is compounded with the nanosilver particulate after the media is harvested from the stem cell culture.

Abstract: Dermal treatment compositions include medium recovered from an adipose-derived stem cell culture where the medium is collected under defined conditions. The medium includes growth factors and other materials that, when transported to living portions of the skin, improve the condition of damaged or aged skin. The compositions include combinations of transport ingredients in controlled proportions for effective topical application.
