Abstract: A method of manufacture and compositions and uses of a multifunctional bioinorganic theranostic nanoconstruct are disclosed. Nanoconstructs described herein contain manganese dioxide in a biocompatible matrix and are useful for, e.g., MRI contrast imaging of tumor environments and enhancement of radiation therapy in cancer. Some nanoconstructs described herein incorporate targeting agents for specific targeting of cancer cells.

Abstract: Methods and systems for generating a floorplan for a circuit are disclosed. A netlist graph of the circuit and block features associated with blocks of the circuit are obtained. A reinforcement learning (RL) agent is used to generate a sequence of corner block list (CBL) actions. Each CBL action is generated by: generating a current state embedding representing a current state of the floorplan; and inputting the current state embedding to a policy network of the RL agent to generate a predicted output vector, which is used to generate the CBL action. After each CBL action is generated, the current CBL representation of the floorplan and the block features are updated to reflect the state of the floorplan after applying the CBL action. The CBL representation is outputted as a final floorplan after all blocks have been placed.

Abstract: A device, system and method for sequenced switching of a transfer switch. The method includes receiving a first monitoring signal indicating either one of an actuation of a fire alarm system or a first change of state in a primary power source from an on state to an off state. The method includes opening a first control relay connected to the primary power source and a second control relay connected to the secondary power source. The method further includes switching a safety relay from a first connection to the primary power source to a second connection to the secondary power source. The method further includes closing the first and second control relays so that the secondary power source energizes the lighting load.
