Abstract: A foldable and stackable rack assembly shaped and sized for holding at least one article. The assembly comprises a shelf being sized and shaped for supporting the weight of at least one article. The assembly additionally comprises legs, pivotably attached to the shelf, each leg having a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end is pivotably attached to the shelf and pivotable between a first position generally perpendicular to the shelf and a second position generally parallel to the shelf. The distal end is formed to engage a horizontal surface to support the shelf when in the first position and alternately allowing the stacking of multiple rack assemblies together. In the stacked configuration, the distal end of each leg engages a second shelf of similar construction, when in the first position, so as to secure a leg of the second shelf in the first position.

Abstract: A stackable and nestable rack construction formed essentially of wire material so as to be capable of use in displaying articles, or for storing personal items, on a select stack of the racks. The racks are capable of being nested in groups, to facilitate their storage, transfer, and display, and then assembled or erected into a stackable configuration, for usage. The racks may accommodate slides, incorporating runners, upon which a wire or other material basket may be accommodated, to add variety to the manner of storage that may be undertaken through usage of this invention. A base member incorporating rollers, may be connectable onto the bottom of the assembly, to add to the maneuverability of the racks, when laddened with stored articles.

Abstract: A stackable and nestable rack construction formed essentially of wire stock so as to be capable of use in displaying articles on one or a stack of racks, or capable of being nested in groups of two or more to avoid using an unnecessary amount of space. Each rack is composed of similar end leg members that promote the reduction in number of parts or components, and the range of parts adopted to care for a wide variety of articles to be displayed or stored. These characteristics are unique to the provision of obtaining a low cost product.
