Abstract: A method and/or system for initiating one of a plurality of cell transition activities for a UE supporting multicast and broadcast services (MBS). The technique may include identifying, by the UE, one or more candidate cells available for one of the plurality of cell transition activities for the UE. The technique may include identifying, by the UE, at least one candidate cell among the one or more candidate cells that support MBS. The technique may include initiating, by the UE, one of the plurality of cell transition activities for the UE using the at least one candidate cell.

Abstract: A method of handling an ongoing call performed by a UE in a wireless network is provided. The method includes initiating a voice over long term evolution (VoLTE) call in a 4th generation (4G) network, detecting that a 5th generation (5G) network entity has configured an inter radio access technology (I-RAT) measurement indicating a change from the 4G network to a 5G network based on identification of the 5G network by the UE, determining whether at least one of the UE or the 5G network does not support a voice over new radio (VoNR) call with a 5G cell in the 5G network, and performing one of delaying sending a measurement report until the VoLTE call is completed in response to determining that the at least one of the UE or the 5G network does not support the VoNR call, or sending the measurement report immediately for the 5G cell in response to determining that both the UE and the 5G network support the VoNR call.

The flare boom is configured to flare at least a portion of hydrocarbons flowed from the offshore drilling rig to the flare boom. A liquid hydrocarbon capture system includes a plate configured to be spatially positioned relative to the flare boom. The plate is sized to collect at least unflared hydrocarbons in a liquid state that flow through the flare boom.
