  • Publication number: 20240089222
Abstract: Chatbot conversation management includes a generic model associated with a first property associated with a chatbot manager. The generic model is generated based on machine learning. A refined model that is associated with the first property is generated based on the generic model and a first plurality of phrases. A first conversation is held between a chatbot and an end user. A determination is made regarding storage of a value of a first property for the end user that is obtained via the chatbot. The refined model is used to dynamically ask questions to the end user to determine a value of the first property for the end user.

  • Patent number: 11466203
Abstract: A method of increasing a fluorescence signal of a fluorophore is provided. The method includes dissolving the fluorophore in a solvent to form a solution and adding silver nanoparticles to the solution to form a mixture. The silver nanoparticles have a size of 3-10 nm, and the silver nanoparticles have an irregular shape and at least one fractal structure. The method further includes at least partially coating a substrate with the mixture to form a fluorescence sample and recording a fluorescence image of the fluorescence sample. The fluorophore is adsorbed to at least one silver nanoparticle and the fluorescence signal of the fluorescence image is higher than a fluorescence signal of a fluorescence image of the fluorophore without the silver nanoparticles.

  • Publication number: 20210014198
Abstract: A solution for analyzing and filtering an email message destined to a computing resource in a computer network that has been security processed by a cloud-based email security system. The solution includes establishing a communication link with the cloud-based email security system, receiving an email message by an on-premises email security (OPES) system hosted in a demilitarized zone in the computer network, determining whether the received email message is sent from an authorized node in the cloud-based email security system, forwarding the received email message to an on-premises email security gateway located in the demilitarized zone, analyzing the forwarded email message, and sending the forwarded email message to a mail server in the computer network.

  • Patent number: 10133773
Abstract: A method and system for processing an electronic payment transaction is described herein. The method uses a first computer device configured to access account data from a database subsystem operating at a second computer device. The method includes operating a transaction messaging system (TMS) in a first computer operating environment of the first computer device, operating an account data access system (ADAS) in a second computer operating environment of the first computer device, transmitting a request for account data from the TMS to the ADAS, executing a query for the account data at the database subsystem wherein the query is generated by the ADAS and based on the request for account data, receiving the requested account data at the TMS in response to the query, and processing the payment transaction at the TMS using the received account data.
