  • Patent number: 12699034
Abstract: The present invention relates to an analyzer and method for simultaneously determining both size and material properties of a single nanoparticle. In the present invention, both the mass of the nanoparticle and the change in capacitance induced on a capacitive sensor by the nanoparticle are measured simultaneously, and thus the size and material properties of the nanoparticle are determined. An analyzer for simultaneously determining the size and material properties of a nanoparticle is described with the present invention, this device comprises a mass sensor, a capacitor sensor and a common precise measurement region of the mass sensor and capacitor sensor, wherein said mass sensor and capacitor sensor provide common measurement. The present invention can be used in the field of biomedical, environmental engineering and materials engineering.

  • Publication number: 20240268208
Abstract: The present invention relates to a patterning method for producing optical displays and electronic/electro-optical devices based on quantum dots. By means of the invention, a pixelated multi-colored display containing quantum dots with no significant contamination can be produced, and quantum dots can be selectively patterned in targeted microscopic fields on an optical surface, with very little contamination.

  • Publication number: 20210319996
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for determining the mass of a nanoparticle, virus or protein in a suspension or solution in a fluid. This device can be applied in particular to mass spectrometry for ionized species with high collection efficiency (i.e. low limit of detection). According to the present invention, an instrument comprises a first device for electrospraying the fluid to obtain a charged flux comprising at least the particle, a second device for determining the mass of the particle by a frequency measurement and a third device that is fabricated on the same chip with, and surrounding the second device to focus and guide the majority of the incoming charged particles including at least the particle by means of holding charge on itself to act as an electrostatic lens.
