    Abstract: The linkage for increasing the ductility of fiber reinforced polymer bars includes a solid central shaft and first and second hollow receiver portions. Each of the first and second hollow receiver portions has an open end and a closed end, with the closed ends being respectively secured to first and second ends of the solid central shaft. Each of the first and second hollow receiver portions has a diameter associated therewith which is greater than a diameter of the solid central shaft, and each of the first and second hollow receiver portions has a central channel extending axially from, and in communication with, the corresponding one of the open ends. In use, the central channels of the first and second hollow receiver portions are adapted for respectively partially receiving first and second fiber reinforced polymer bars.

However, most groups have failed to achieve greatness, often because of poor group “chemistry” and/or because of missing skills or insights. These problems typically arise because group organizers build groups using human mental processes that suffer from social, racial, gender, ethnic, or other unconscious biases. To reduce impact of these biases and help organizers form more effective groups or teams, the present inventors have devised, among other things, an exemplary system that subdivides a group of user data structures into subgroups, based on similarities between electronic surveys and/or other data types, such as social media and network analysis data types. The system further includes user interfaces for creating surveys, implementing user preferences regarding subgroup membership and sizes, controlling the subdivision process, and displaying the subgroups.

The method further includes locking through a tuning circuit of the oscillator circuit coupled to the differential transistor pair a frequency of the output signal to the reduced frequency of the reference signal based on the power of the reference signal to amplify the power of the reference signal through the oscillator circuit. The frequency of the reference signal is higher than the frequency of the output signal.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus of coordinated in-pixel light detection is provided. In one aspect, the method includes implementing an N-number of avalanche photodiodes inside a pixel circuit of a light detection circuit. The method also includes coordinating an output of the N-number of avalanche photodiodes through a counter circuit. The method further includes reducing a deadtime of the light detection circuit by a factor of ‘N’ through the N-number of avalanche photodiodes and the counter circuit operating in concert. The method furthermore includes measuring an intensity of a light through the light detection circuit. N-number of avalanche photodiodes is in a common well of a semiconductor technology. N-number of avalanche photodiodes is fabricated on a deep submicron semiconductor technology. A fill factor of the pixel circuit improves and a deadtime reduces through fabrication of the avalanche photodiodes in a common well. Also, a photon count rate increases through reducing the deadtime.
