Patent number: 11729631Abstract: A system and method for automatic deployment of at least one outdoor small cell. The method comprises dynamically collecting traffic data corresponding to a geographic location associated with a cellular network by a data collection module [202]. Next, a data collection module [204] automatically identifies a group of spatial grids from the one or more cells within the geographic location based on the traffic data and automatically determines one or more locations within the geographic locations for deploying the at least one outdoor small cell based on the identified group of spatial grids. A backhaul link clearance module [206] automatically determines a backhaul connection between the one or more determined locations with the cellular network. An azimuth planning module [208] automatically determines an azimuth for the at least one outdoor small cell based on the determined connection. A deployment unit [210] deploy the at least one outdoor small cell.Type: GrantFiled: August 9, 2022Date of Patent: August 15, 2023Assignee: Jio Platforms LimitedInventors: Deepak Gupta, Vijay Mohan Verma, Brijesh I Shah, Arun Karunakaran Nair, Kunala Vidyasagar, Aditya Ganesh

Patent number: 9667652Abstract: Providing mobile remote access in a secure manner. A bridge application is provided for devices such as smart phones which establishes a first secure connection to a host controller using a carrier network, advertises one or more SSIDs using a second wireless connection on the device such as an IEEE 802.11 interface, accepting and authenticating connections from a target device to the advertised SSID, and acting as a bridge for traffic between the target device and the host controller. The bridge application may be delivered to the device fully configured, or it may be delivered unconfigured with configuration information either supplied by the user or provided in an e-mail to the user of the device.Type: GrantFiled: August 25, 2009Date of Patent: May 30, 2017Assignee: Aruba Networks, Inc.Inventor: Mohan Verma

Patent number: 8639978Abstract: An automation process verifies that a test bed includes a set of devices specified by at least one script which are to be executed by the automation process on the test bed. The test bed is locked and the set of devices is allocated to the automation process. Performance data collection and logging for the set of devices is started and the at least one script is executed on the set of devices. After executing the at least one script, the set of devices is de-allocated and the test bed is unlocked. A notification is generated indicating that the at least one script has been executed.Type: GrantFiled: May 4, 2011Date of Patent: January 28, 2014Assignee: Aruba Networks, Inc.Inventors: Mohan Verma, Ajay Singh, Ishaan Gokhale, Pavel Semernin, Prabhat Regmi, Abhinethra T. Publication number: 20100103910Abstract: Providing device profiles for devices attached to local ports of access nodes on a wireless network. A device connected to a local port of an access node on a wireless network, such as a USB, IEEE1394 or wired IEEE 802.3 Ethernet port, is identified and the identification information sent to the controller. The controller may send further queries to the access node to be executed in further identifying the device. The controller configures the appropriate profile for the device and sends the profile to the access node. The profile may contain access control information such as access control lists.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 28, 2008Publication date: April 29, 2010Inventor: Mohan Verma

Patent number: 6645942Abstract: The present invention is a somatic cell gene therapy method that is especially useful for the treatment of certain diseases that are caused by gene defects. According to the invention, fibroblast cells are transduced so that they express a “replacement” gene of interest. These transduced fibroblasts are preferably fixed in vitro in an extracellular matrix, and then implanted in the loose connective tissue of the skin of an individual or animal to be treated. Because the fibroblasts are implanted in a highly vascularized compartment of the skin i.e., loose connective tissue of the dermis, the transduced cells, and thus their “replacement” gene products, have direct access to the circulatory system. As a result the needed replacement gene products can easily and efficiently be distributed to other parts of the body. When the gene therapy is no longer needed, the implanted fibroblasts can be conveniently removed.Type: GrantFiled: April 22, 1994Date of Patent: November 11, 2003Assignee: The Salk Institute for Biological StudiesInventors: Inder Mohan Verma, Daniel Claude St. Louis
