    Abstract: A system is disclosed for dynamically measuring the contents of storage containers over time. One or more sensor tags can be coupled to a container, incorporated or placed within a container, or associated with a receiving space for the container to measure a weight of the contents of the container. Each sensor tag can communicate with one another, a hub unit, and/or a local area network (e.g., a WiFi network) to provide information about the container to which the sensor tag is associated. The system is able to determine when a particular type of contents is running low and/or expected to be depleted, thus permitting the system to facilitate ordering replacement material to refill or replace the container.
