  • Publication number: 20230381442
Abstract: A patient interface includes a plenum chamber, a seal-forming structure, and a positioning and stabilising structure. The positioning and stabilising structure includes a gas delivery tube to deliver the flow of air to the entrance of the patients airways via the seal-forming structure, and an elongate textile sleeve provided around the gas delivery tube and arranged to be in contact, in use, with the patients face. The sleeve includes a wall with an opening, which allows the patient to view a portion of the gas delivery tube. A strap engaging portion is configured to protrude through the opening of the textile sleeve in use. A clearance exists in a longitudinal direction between an edge of the opening and the strap engaging portion. The clearance allows the gas delivery tube to stretch, in use, without the strap engaging portion contacting the edge of the opening.

  • Publication number: 20230380758
Abstract: Systems and methods provide for detecting, quantifying, and/or treating bodily fluid shift in a user. According to some implementations, a method includes receiving sensor data from one or more sensors associated with a user, with the sensor data indicating an amount of bodily fluid within one or more extremities of the user. The method further includes determining a shift in the bodily fluid within the user based, at least in part, on the sensor data. The method further includes, responsive to the shift in the bodily fluid satisfying a fluid threshold, causing, at least in part, a correction for the shift in the bodily fluid to be applied to the user.
