  • Publication number: 20260130866
Abstract: The present invention relates to an immediate-release oral pharmaceutical composition comprising Amlodipine and Ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10) for enhanced immunomodulatory activity. The formulation includes Amlodipine besylate (5 mg), Ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10) (50 mg), and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients to form a 500 mg tablet capable of rapid disintegration and drug release. The composition demonstrates superior cell-mediated and innate immune enhancement compared to standard immunostimulants, as evidenced by delayed-type hypersensitivity and carbon clearance assays. The synergistic combination not only restores immune competence in post-viral immune suppression syndrome (PVISS) and immune fatigue but also improves macrophage activation and lymphocyte response. The formulation is stable, effective, and suitable for once-daily oral administration.
