An embodiment operates by determining that a workflow associated with an organization indicates an action to be taken by a role within the organization upon the detection of an organizational risk. An organizational risk is detected. Contact information associated with the role is determined, wherein the contact information includes a user account. A message notifying the user account associated with the role of the organizational risk is sent, wherein the notification includes an indication to take the action. It is determined whether a response indicating the action has been completed is received within a time threshold. The user account is monitored until either the response is received or the expiration of the time threshold.

The controller receives the tag ID from the mobile device and uses the tag ID to identify the temperature sensor associated with the building space. The controller receives the measured temperature from the temperature sensor and provides the measured temperature to the mobile device. The mobile device displays the measured temperature via a user interface of the mobile device.
