  • Publication number: 20230320057
Abstract: Integrated circuit (IC) devices include transistors with gate, source and drain contact metallization, some of which are jumpered together by a metallization that is recessed below a height of other metallization that is not jumpered. The jumper metallization may provide a local interconnect between terminals of one transistor or adjacent transistors, for example between a gate of one transistor and a source/drain of another transistor. The jumper metallization may not induce the same pitch constraints faced by interconnect line metallization levels employed for more general interconnection. In some examples, a static random-access memory (SRAM) bit-cell includes a jumper metallization joining two transistors of the cell to reduce cell height for a given feature patterning capability.

  • Publication number: 20230317787
Abstract: Integrated circuit structures having backside gate tie-down are described. In an example, a structure includes a first vertical stack of horizontal nanowires over a first sub-fin, and a second vertical stack of horizontal nanowires over a second sub-fin, the second vertical stack of horizontal nanowires spaced apart from and parallel with the first vertical stack of horizontal nanowires. A gate structure includes a first gate structure portion over the first vertical stack of horizontal nanowires, wherein the first gate structure extends along an entirety of the first sub-fin. A second gate structure portion is over the second vertical stack of horizontal nanowires, wherein the second gate structure does not extend along an entirety of the second sub-fin. • Publication number: 20230316196
Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems, methods, and computer storage media, for, among other things, employing nested model structures to enforce compliance, within a computational system, to at least one policy. One method includes receiving a digital record that encodes content. A plurality of models (e.g., integrated models and/or model droplets) is employed to analyze the records. The plurality of models is configured and arranged within a nested structure of a hierarchy of models. Each of the plurality of models analyzes at least a portion of the record. Based on the nested structure, the hierarchy combines the analysis from each of the plurality of models to determine that the content violates a policy of a system. In response to determining that the content violates the policy, at least one mitigation (or intervention) action are performed. The at least one mitigation action may alter subsequent transmissions of the record.

  • Patent number: 11775861
Abstract: An online system identifies an opportunity to present content to a viewing user and accesses a model trained to predict a likelihood that a user will perform an action responsive to being presented with a link that launches a messaging application and initiates a conversation with an entity via the messaging application, in which the likelihood is predicted based on which of multiple messaging applications is selected and attributes of the user. For each of multiple candidate messaging applications, the trained model is applied to predict the likelihood that the viewing user will perform the action if the candidate messaging application is selected. A messaging application is selected from the candidate messaging applications based on the likelihoods and a content item including a link that launches the selected application and initiates a conversation with the entity via the selected application is generated and sent for display to the viewing user.

  • Patent number: 11775485
Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a first set of file system objects included in performing a requested file system operation is identified in response to a request to perform a file system operation. An update intent corresponding to the requested file system operation is inserted into a data structure associated with each identified file system object. Each file system object corresponding to the corresponding data structure is modified as specified by the update intent in that data structure. After modifying the file system object corresponding to the corresponding data structure, the update intent is removed from that data structure.
