Abstract: A system includes a verification engine communicatively coupled to a sensing device and a database, the verification engine receives first authentication data, retrieves, from the database, second authentication data associated with a stored vehicle identifier to compare the vehicle identifier to the stored vehicle identifier to determine whether the vehicle identifier matches the stored vehicle identifier. In a case the vehicle identifier matches the stored vehicle identifier the user device is authenticated and access to the vehicle is provided.

The method includes determining, with the at least one processor, delivery options associated with a delivery. Abstract: Among other things, techniques are described for a passenger support system. In an example, a reported number of passengers associated with on-demand mobility transportation services is obtained in response to passengers opting-in to a passenger support system. The reported number of passengers is compared with a vehicle detected number of passengers. In response to the reported number of passengers being unequal to the vehicle detected number of passengers, a remote customer assistant is enabled.
