    Abstract: Systems and methods for designing oxide ceramic matrix composite parts entail creating a simulation of the oxide ceramic matrix composite part based on expected processing parameters to be used to create the oxide ceramic matrix composite part as well as material characteristics of one or more materials to be used to create the part. The part so created is subjected to simulated structural testing to predict performance of a potential physical counterpart, and the physical counterpart of the simulated oxide ceramic matrix composite part is then produced if the simulated testing yields results that conform to predetermined performance requirements.
