A subsequent user may view the translated text and any associated suggested edits. The subsequent user may be enabled to approve a suggested edit to the translated text. The translated text is enabled to be displayed as modified according to the approved suggested edit. This may include enabling multiple instances of the translated text to be displayed as modified according to the suggested edit if the translated text occurs multiple times (e.g., appears multiple times in one or more documents) in the content database. Further users that attempt to view the translated text in a document of the content database will be provided with the modified version of the translated text.
